"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"

"Recently refurbed, lovely hotel, it’s in a great position, just 2 negatives 1. Breakfast is chaos 2. Although plenty of sunbeds by pool, it is very crowded. The new bar on the terrace is excellent - we were upgraded to a fantastic room - Thank you"

"Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available absolutely discracfull would not recommend "

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Asked for an iron board and kettle and was brought to room straight away. So much choice for Breakfast and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing"
