There are roaches and the need your credit card number to get the key code and they are extremely rude and don’t help fix anything.

This place is an absolute disaster! Firstly, you have to literally give them a picture of your credit card to stay there. Like this is how fraud happens! There were bugs all over the kitchen! Furniture is broken! The walls look like someone got pushed through and they did a half ass job fixing it. The neighborhood is GHETTO! It feels like we’re going to be robbed or killed. I emailed several times to let them know! I had to call multiple times to just get into the house!

They either have old, touched up or perfectly angled photos of this property. The place is a cute old house, but certainly has been rode hard without much in the attempt to fix issues (serious wall damage, sloped floors, broken hardware in the bathroom etc.). I do not like that they send an external requests from Expedia (via email) for ID & CC info, when Expedia specifically states for you not to do that. If you don’t though, you’ll be stuck standing on the front porch unable to get in cause your door code won’t be “activated.” They might also want to spray more often for bugs, quite a few in the kitchen area when we arrived. The neighborhood is convenient for what we needed and we had no safety issues or concerns while we were there.
