If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay while exploring San Antonio, this hotel gets the job done. The location is super convenient—close to downtown, the Riverwalk, and right next to Walmart, which made grabbing essentials really easy. One downside: housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room at all until the very last day, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 3/5—great for budget travelers who care more about location than full service.

Very nice hotel,great location ( right next to an ihop), very friendly staff! The breakfast bar was okay our eggs and sausage ended up being cold but there’s a microwave in the area that can be used just may have a small wait time depending on how many guest are in the cafe area but over all had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

My kids really loved the warm indoor pool, which we were able to use despite inclement weather. The included breakfast was really helpful as well. The staff were helpful, facility was pretty clean. The pull out couch mattress was in awful condition, all the padding was coming out of the center of it, huge creases in the mattress that made it so it wouldn't lay flat, no mattress cover, and it looked filthy. So that was unfortunate, because we were counting on that as a bed for one of our kids. They should replace them, or not advertise them - as they were not really an acceptable sleep surface. Overall good stay, we would stay again.
