Remember when renting cheap you get what you pay for. If i were traveling alone and didn't care as long as the place was clean and cheap. This was the place.i had no bad experience here. Looks like the place may have been just bought. But it needs work on the outside and the inside of the building and rooms. Do not expect 5 stars from a cheap place. But i had no issues with my room or service when i needed. My room was clean, the service when needed was good. Looked like a mom and pop running the place. The place needs some tlc that's all.

We stayed a week and loved it the only complain we have is that they do not tell you they charge $20.00 a day for parking. House keeping was amazing and even though they had construction going on it was super clean, the pool was amazing.

Have come to expect that with very inexpensive pricing will come a down grade in facility upkeep. Air conditioning worked, facility kept clean, quiet, linen updated daily, morning coffee and an on the cheap complimentary breakfast. Very adequate for my needs. Would stay here again
