They offer nice/clean/well equipped rooms, with very professional/friendly staff members, and a convenient location to everything I could possibly need access too. The only reason that I did not say my stay was terrible was the helpful and considerate staff. Both nights I stayed, my keycard did not open the door, which seemed to be frozen, and the staff had to spend ten minutes each night helping me open the door to my room. In the room, the toilet did not work when I arrived, and I had to use a plunger I had to unclog the toilet. Finally, the doorknob to the bathroom was almost completely broken. However, as I said, the staff was helpful and considerate.
