"Quiero decirles que llegamos y no existe el hotel como tal, ahora es un residéncial y estuvimos toda una tarde buscando un hotel con una Sra de 87 años y casi todo estaba lleno y ustedes cómo expedía no tuvieron la atención de informarnos y desgraciadamente no me he podido comunicar con ustedes"

"Complex tres bien décoré mais abscence total de propreté!! Pas d aleze sur le matelas pas de protection sur les oreillers ! Sol jamais lavé en 2 semaines et salle de bain jamais nettoyée !!! Le personnel du complexe n est vraiment pas aimable et encore moins efficace, patron inclu!!!"
