Really lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained including the outdoor areas. The pool areas are nice and have lots of different areas to sit. Drinks and food at the hotel were fine, buffet had a lot of choice and catered to every requirement one might have and the opening hours were very good. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend and would advise to avoid would be the mediteranium restaurant which is paid for or 1 meal free for every 5 nights stayed… the atmosphere and service in there was really lacking and the food was ok at best. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. Room was incredibly comfortable with great air con. Hotel situated very close to the beach and had multiple pools. The free aqua aerobics class was great fun! Sunbeds were spread throughout the pool area and on multiple levels, which meant you could scope out a more private quiet area if that was desired. Only slight downside was the dinner service was inconsistent for vegetarians - some nights had quite limited options (other than the classic salad bar).

Great Hotel

This hotel is great! The staff are amazing and the location is perfect… so near the beach but you won’t want to leave your pool side lounger to relax your stress away. Claudio and Christina were very accommodating to our needs. Our room had a great view of the ocean, the beach, the dunes, and property and was very comfortable.

Our time in this hotel was excellent. It is a stone's throw away from the beach and close to a range of restaurants, shops and bars / clubs. The dinners at the hotel were especially impressive. Elements of the menu changed every day and always left us with pleasant surprises and new delicious food to taste.

Recommended if you like all inclusive.

It’s nice and the staff is really give. The hotel is well located on the beach. The only problem those cheap merchants across the street (on the beach). If you want to enjoy the hotel explore further from the location. Also it’s more like all-inclusive (which I dislike). It’s not a Club Med and the clientele isn’t either. But I would recommend it because it was cute, clean and the staff was great. I didn’t take the all inclusive option and it was a great decision for me. I took the breakfast option and that was a great decision. In a radius of 1km, it’s the best option. One thing the music is loud.

Very friendly, dedicated and professional hotel staff. The food was excellent, they offered a variety of different dishes. There are also vegan options like soy milk for your Cappuccino. Every evening live singers play in the nice hotel bar. We enjoyed that a lot! The location is really good - the beach is just across the streets. I can only recommend the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful located with a view to the sea. The breakfast selection was good. We also really enjoyed the Neo. Bar. However, we needs more soap at our room which we never got. At the breakfast the staff was very stressed and seems sloppy in topping up different stuff. It more seemed as 3 star than a four star hotel. Nevertheless we did enjoy our stay.

A mixed bag. Location is excellent close to beach and great walks along promenade. Hotel is a little dated but overall okay. Buffet is generally good, however, coffee not great and please use real orange juice rather than concentrate. Plastic plants in the lobby don’t fit with hotels desire to be eco-friendly. Overall a good stay. Although, they don’t take Amex.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. The only complaint is that it was very difficult to regulate the water temp in our room. It went back and forth between warm and scalding hot without any warning and it was difficult to get cold water.

We had a great stay and were very happy with our room and the amenities. Guests should be made aware there is loud music playing until after midnight each night from the beach bars. Had to close the balcony door to sleep when we’d rather hear the ocean waves. Most guests would be fine with the lively atmosphere…
