"Upon arrival I was welcomed at the front desk & the check-in process for room 117 was fast. Once in the room it smelled musky like mildew or mold. I turned on the a/c to circulate and cool the air, but the a/c unit turned off completely after a few minutes. It did this multiple times throughout the stay. The TV worked, but the remote and cable service did not as the tv guide scrolled automatically and nothing could be selected with the remote. The sink was clogged and the water took a long time to drain. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the toilet rocked as it was not secured properly. There were small stains on some of the towels. The beds were uncomfortable as the spring could be felt through the bedding and there were also stains found on two pillows. When I went to retrieve some luggage from my vehicle a man sitting in a red suv with dark tinted windows called out to me as my wife and small children stood nearby. As I approached the man kept telling me to get closer, but I refused and the man said he just wanted to offer me some drugs. I declined his offer & immediately reported this to the front desk. The front desk took a description and said she would let her manager know so they could take care of it. Hours later after returning from dinner the unknown man was still seen sitting in his vehicle. At checkout I was not given the opportunity to voice my concerns as I was told to drop the keys in the bowl on the counter before the FD associate walked away. "

"The breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice during check-in. I did reserve 2 rooms; it would have been nice to get the rooms at least on the same floor. I had one room on the 5th level and another on the 2nd level. "

"I’ll start by saying I ignored the reviews and decided to stay anyway—and that was my mistake. Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate. The room was dirty, and the overall environment felt unsafe. There appeared to be a number of individuals on the property who made us uncomfortable, and at one point someone was pounding on our door at 2 a.m. after attempting to get in. To make matters worse, the door’s safety latch/chain was missing. There were also basic safety concerns, such as the absence of carbon monoxide detectors. The amenities advertised were misleading as well—there is no real fitness center, and when we asked about it, the employee laughed. There is also no pool, only a dirty hot tub. Overall, we did not feel safe during our stay. This was a very unsettling experience, and we will not be returning."

"The room was clean and the staff were okay. The complimentary breakfast was just a normal breakfast but still good. I enjoyed my stay. I will say it was weird that you had to use a key card to get into the hallway to get in the rooms but literally you could get in under the stairs from outside. That didn’t feel super safe."

"Management is not reliable. If you’re ok with spending thousands on a suite and sharing walls that are incredibly thin with your neighbors who will have you up from 12am-5am partying on the weekends then this is the place for you. Bring ear plugs. I came here for a moment of relaxation and it quickly turned to trash. Paid for two expensive nights and only slept one. Good luck. "
