"Our first experience with this hotel was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were checked into a room that was already occupied by other guests—and we noticed several other parties facing the exact same issue that night. While the front desk receptionist was incredibly nice and tried her best, the management and overall first-night experience were terrible."

"Parking can get a little crowded but I guess it is a small hotel. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was hotel breakfast but they had a variety. Waffles were good."

"A really good place to stay before a flight. Nothing fancy, but our king-bed room was quite spacious, and since there was both a desk and a two-person dining table, there’s plenty of surface area for two people to do work, or to share a meal comfortably. Plus it had both the sink in the bathroom and another sink in the room—again, really convenient for two people getting ready in the morning. Could use more gym equipment as well, if you are into fitness. Nice and clean accommodations, just minor details here and there. Would recommend for a quick getaway, not necessarily a special occasion. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and will likely return!"

"This hotel is incredibly dated, in a bad area, inconvenient for anything but the airport. Breakfast is very limited. Showers do not all work. Power failure issues. Rooms smell musty, moldy, and stale. Hard Pass unless you really really do not care about where you stay."

"No heater at all. Asked the maintenance to fix it, didn’t worked. Changed room, didn’t worked. Asked them to try out the heater before we switched room, they didn’t tested it either."

"The outside area, lobby area, elevator, hall, room and bathroom was clean. The front desk and the breakfast stuffs were friendly and polite. Breakfast was hot and tasty and coffee was fresh. Great breakfast experience. Breakfast area was clean. Plenty of parking. I love that I was able to park in the special veterans parking only spots. Overall, a great experience, will definitely stay again and recommended to friends and families."
