"Exceedingly accommodating staff. I flew in from Toronto and Giorgia at check-in kindly arranged for me to have my room ahead of schedule, which made a huge difference after traveling. The team was incredibly prompt with delivering towels, water, and anything else I needed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and loved my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. "What a great hotel! Perfect location for the san siro stadium, literally outside! Plus very close to the metro for easy commute into Milan centre. Very friendly staff, very clean throughout, room was perfect. Small but had clean beds, safe, tv, hanging space and bathroom with decent shower. Beds were a little hard for me but personal choice. "Great hotel stay! The hotel is clean, room was great (3 twin beds!). Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. Bar appertivo was also great with enough food/snacks for a meal! This hotel was close to Gambara metro station (3 minute walk), cafes, and San Siro stadium. We chose it because we were attending a soccer game and had to walk back due to crowds/bus lines being re routed but the bus stops outside too for transport which was how we got to the stadium. "Apartment is clean and stocked with everything you need. Our checking was fast and easy. May, the front desk associate, took us into our apartment and showed us how to work the washer/dryer, room temp controls, the front door lock. May also gave us pointers on using the public transit system, where to buy groceries, yummy places to eat, and so much more. Great stay!"
