"It is an old Howard Johnson’s built probably 56-60 yrs ago. Place is OK if your looking for an inexpensive room for the night. It seems to have a lot of long term residents and is right between a major freeway and a freeway off ramp. Although I have no major complaints, I won’t be staying again."

"We had a windows that was open in our room upon checking and couldn't close after trying to close it. We ask to change room, the staff said all windows are the same, they cannot close. It was evident he did not want to assist with changing rooms.
He proceeded to tell us how safe the neighborhood was and we just had to put down the blind for privacy and safety."

"Liked that it was a reasonable price.
Didn't like the musty cigarette smell in the room. Odd that I tried to give cash for a security deposit. She stated they didn't take cash but when I gave her my credit card she said she would take cash. I've had trouble in the past getting money returned to my credit cards."

"Location was very convenient for a family gathering and transportation from SFO.
Was unable to check in early and then because of the gathering needed to check in early evening. The only unoccupied room had issues with a recently cleaned carpet. The fix was bedspreads on the floor which was a trip hazard. We were so tired after traveling we opted to go ahead and spend the night. My sister still stepped on an area of the carpet that was missed during cleaning and had to scrub her feet.

"Arrived at 5pm and requested ground floor room was not ready (necessary as my husband has a broken leg and uses crutches) - told to come back in an hour. Not acceptable as we had dinner plans. After some time the front desk staff was able to find a room for us on the ground floor. Nice location and overall nice hotel."

"The hotel looks new. They have a nice small gym and a nice small outdoor pool. Breakfast was better than most Marriott properties. My only issue is the fact that they charge $15 for daily parking. Maybe it Expedia where I booked my hotel didn't disclose this fact. I do wish the Expedia does a better job informing users that a parking fee exists and the amount of the fee. It just feels like a hidden fee that I only learned about when I checked out. I also wish that the front desk person...

"Highly suggest in this price range trying the Lia around the corner, it can't be much worse than this. While the bed appeared to be freshly made, the room was dirty, there was no shampoo, and when I asked for shampoo, they handed me a half empty bottle. Staff was older and polite enough, but did not seem to speak much English. I'm not particularly picky, just needed a place for one night, but try and look elsewhere"
