The breakfast was abundant in food and great quality. The Hotel has easy access to the park if you have your own car.

The hotel was lovely, room and bathroom were spacious, clean. Nice pool and hot tub, hearty breakfast, numerous options won’t start the day hungry. The hotel is located on a hill, nice view without a car it is difficult to get to. I can recommend this hotel.

The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready. Hotel staff is very frienly, knowledgeable of the Bariloche area, and very helpfull. To start your day, breakfast is fantastic, with lots of variety and large selections of hot or cold food, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables. We anjoyed our stay, and hope to come back again.

Good but not great hotel

Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am.

Hotels location , view and our room wrer great. Checkin, no help with luggage. Little restaurant on reception level needs a face lift and decoration. Breakfast was good. Coffee not so. Overall mixed impression. Great location, view and room. Service can improve.

What a great hotel

Our stay in the hotel was started with bad feeling due to Hotels.com correspondence. We paid in US dollar instead of ARS currency and any way to change the payment was blocked by the Hotel’s’ groups. When we arrive the hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. This hotel was the perfect goodbye to our stay in Bariloche. I will not use Hotels.com anymore. Highly recommended, pay in ARS!!

The Hotel is in a very good condition. staff are friendly and resourceful. Compared with what the city got to offer this is a great value for money. Roads leading to the hotel are not paved which creates a dust issue - this should be fixed or at least the road should be irrigated at the dry season. Laundry service is good but VERY expensive. we stayed at the VIP suites, not special VIP service was provided.
