Really needs air con throughout, I get the leather sofa but maybe not for the climate. I know it’s a young venture at the moment so wish the family all the best! Great stay otherwise will be back

Really nice and clean, great staff and perfect location with great views.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night for our 20th anniversary. We have been wanting to stay here for years and we are so happy we did. The views were amazing and location was perfect! Check in and check out was super easy and staff was super friendly. There are close by restaurants, we just walked to the pier and ate at the restaurant there which is delicious and the views are beautiful. We are definitely going to come back but next time we will be brining our kids with us. And we cant...

The proprietors are so friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are very clean and pleasant. This is my second stay, and it was just as good as the first. The shared kitchen is an added bonus, and is well equipped. It's also very close to the beach trail, so ideal for runners or hikers. The only slight negative is the proximity to the freeway, which is noisy, so if that bothers you, bring some earplugs. The location is great, and the parking is plentiful.

Not cheap but very good value for a beachfront location within walking distance of beach, pier and central shops and restaurants. Perhaps slightly dated decor but spacious 1 bed apartment, plentiful storage, good size living room/diner and well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher and laundry facilities onsite for modest cost. Beach towels and chairs available free of charge as was gated car park. We did not use owners lounge or jacuzzi but they were available while...

I have stayed at the Bay Shores for three consecutive years while visiting relatives in the area and the minute I arrive I feel like I am at home. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is well situated for the beach, the pier, a park and local shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's nice to eat breakfast in the little dining room but many guests enjoy going to the roof terrace which has views of the harbour, the sea and the park. The hotel offers all sorts of extras,...

Super friendly staff who went the extra mile with recommendations and a hand written note. Steps away from the beach with plenty of beach equipment available to borrow. Steps away from the beach and free on-site parking. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Room and bathroom were great, loads of space and a great view of the beach from the balcony. Staff all polite and friendly and the valet parking works like a dream. Breakfast was quality and plentiful. Would prefer a proper bean to cup machine for coffee rather than gas station filter coffee, but apart from that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

.

We stayed for 10 nights in September and would not hesitate to return if we were in the area . The suites are nice and well equipped . The staff are extremely polite and friendly . During the week they offered a complimentary and varied evening buffet which was very nice . The property was very clean and in a quiet area .
