The hotel was lovely and in a great location with restaurants and markets nearby Although Expedia mentions they will arrange airport transport-they don’t and we were disappointed that they didn’t respond to our enquiries about that But I do recommend this hotel

So-so in San Chris

Location is convenient to the main square. The water took a good while to heat up (on-demand heating). The TV was frankly awful -- it rattled with any bass audio, and we had gotten spoiled with Roku TV whereas this one was strictly cable and not much of interest. The breakfast was good. The walls were paper thin and noises carried. Good front desk help though.

Nice place

Room super clean, front desk super friendly. We got there before check in time let us leave our luggage meanwhile our room was ready. Would definitely recommend hotel.

I loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and kind. I had two rooms - both overlooked the courtyard and were beautiful. Exposed beams, great pillows, delicious breakfast, and perfect location.

The hotel with out doubt was clean , had helpful staff and great onsite restaurant. The only downside was the wifi in my room did not function properly.

The hotel is really nice, and the staff is kind and professional. The only thing that wasn´t perfect, was that early in the morning there were children playing outside my room and they woke me up. Also, the restaurant has great music but at some point they had electronic music and was tough to tolerate because it could hear it from my room. Apart form that, and still, I would go back. It´s perfecto for staying in San Cristobal. Thank you so much!

This is a great hotel, great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended. The WiFi was a bit unreliable but it is obviously not a major issue.

Lindo, acogedor

Es un hotel súper céntrico en una calle paralela al andador. Nos dio oportunidad de dejar el carro en el estacionamiento y caminar a todos lados. No lo sentí demasiado ruidoso… como suelen ser los hoteles del centro de San Cristóbal.

No tiene estacionamiento propio, tiene un convenio con un estacionamiento en frente pero tienen limite de autos, ademas el estacionamiento cierra de 10pm a 7am lo cual limita de alguna manera el uso vehicular, la master suite esta muy bonita, pero tenia fundido el foco principal del baño, y esta arriba del lobby y el restaurant, y al ser instalaciones estilo colonial, se escucha todo y viceversa.
