Perfect stay

This si a great place to stay. Just on the edge of Centro close to enough to walk (5 minutes) but very quiet and less busy. Tha place is incredibly clean and well kept. This is a great choice for San Cristobal.

This boutique hotel was lovely, quaint Mexican decor and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and hotel staff were lovely. Do not eat in the restaurant - food was cold, coffee came in a 4 oz cup and they charged for every refill. Cook was very confrontational and rude.

It’s a lovely little hotel with extremely nice owners and staff. It was raining so I couldn’t try the pool but it looks great. They can arrange transportation to and from the airport, which was great because no Uber was responding. Did definitely return

Lovely hotel with great Mexican style architecture, furnishings, plants etc. Very clean. The owner was very helpful and talked a lot with my wife and myself. Small heated pool is a bonus especially in winter. This hotel is on a quiet street that is about 5 minutes walk from the main square and cathedral. 5 minutes walk to pedestrianised streets with a good variety of shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Noisy place

I was really looking forward to staying here, after looking at the pictures. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. The location was good, the courtyard setting was beautiful and the room was nice but the noise really spoiled our stay. We paid extra for a bigger room but it was directly next to the pool meaning that we had constant noise from the pool filter and people in the pool. The rooms are all based around the courtyard which means noise all day and night. There was constant noise with people in the pool after hours, sat in the courtyard talking loudly and I was even woken up at 3am by staff talking in the courtyard. It's a beautiful setting but, if you value your sleep, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

High Points: Beautiful Courtyard, Nicely Appointed Rooms, Heated Pool, Great Restaurant with Awesome Coffee & Cocktails! Close to Town Center but far enough away when wanting to rest. Transportation readily available. But MOST the Kindness and Accommodation of the Owners and Staff. My US Bank restricted my Debit Card after a Single Transaction during a Layover in Mexico City. When I attempted to pay the bill when checking in, it was declined, I hadn't created enough payment options on other cards or secured enough Pesos to pay the bill, MY BAD! I ASSURED them I had the funds but it was late and I'd have to call my bank the next morning. They allowed me to check in without paying, NEVER HAPPEN IN THE OLE USA, so FIRST THING the next morning, I sorted it out and was at the office when they opened to fully pay for my stay!!! THIS PROPERTY WILL BE MY GO TO FOR ME AND MY ASSOCIATES EVERY TIME WE ARE IN San Cristobal de Las Casas! Mucho Gusto!
