Everything was great. Only issue was the a/c didn’t seem to take the moisture out of the room so it was cool, but felt damp

I get things happens not a big deal.....there was broken glass on the stairwel. My gf steped on it and we just mentioned it. They said we are taken care of it....next day it was still there that's crazy. ........also don't pay the 60 parking. . I paid 45 down the st.

Great choice for quick acces to Gaslamp where there is a great choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is a bit dated but yet comfortable and location is unbeatable.

I didn’t realize the Gaslamp district was so run down. The homeless population was disturbing. Hotel was clean and historic but would not stay in that area again.

Was a nice experience. Parking is little pricey and inconvenient also they doint provide some basic necessities upfront. Other than that very nice stay and very nice staff.
