"Our room was a side room and had a lovely sea view, the balcony was a good size to sit on and get the last rays of sun. The rooms were cleaned almost everyday and were nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were all friendly, and the pool staff were so accommodating. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here. "

"Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side."

" We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spacious and well-designed, with a huge balcony that became one of our favourite spots — especially the hammock, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the bathroom was massive and spotlessly clean. The communal living area inside the room was also really spacious and comfortable — ideal for chilling out after a day by the pool. Speaking of pools, there are three on site. The main pool had a great family-friendly vibe that we enjoyed, while the two smaller pools had a younger, livelier feel — so something for everyone! The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the location was great too. The walk into town only took about 15 minutes, or you can grab a taxi for around 5 euros or hop on one of the electric scooters for something more fun. Special mention to Laura at the front desk — she was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, really made us feel welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!"
