"The hotel is clean and the parking is convenient. The major issue for our stay is the terrible AC noise. The AC compressor in our room was super loud and kind of make the whole room shaking. We can barely fall asleep with that loud sound and ask the front desk can we change one room. Front desk say no and they need to inspect AC at 9 am but we have to go other places at that time. The staff refuse to check and swap room and ask us to try hard. The reason that we wake up whole night is not the AC...
