"The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super confortable! Everything worked: the internet, the hot water, the a/c, the toilet, etc… the view of the terrasse is breathtaking. Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico."

"I got good value for the price that I paid. The room was nice, if dated, and everything worked as it should. All my needs were met. The only downside was limited electrical outlets in the room, but that wasn't enough for me to seriously reduce the rating."

"After I booked a room in Expedia, I follow the instructions to call 24 hours before arrival to get instructions to get into the property and I was told they will email those to me in the morning. Never received anything and had to call back to be told that I did not have any reservations. The person was rude and not willing to help"
