"We had a wonderful stay with a room overlooking the lake and a nice balcony. The location can’t be beat and the shuttle service a huge plus. Lots of great restaurants nearby and we had pizza and salads on our last night at one of the hotel restaurants- really enjoyable."

"The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. The hosts were amazing, available at all times, and very helpful. Walking distance to the lake with great views. "

"Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio"

"Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt und von dort kann man leicht zur Fähre etc. gelangen. Die Zimmer waren süß, leider etwas hellhörig und hell, aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Frühstück ist zum ankreuzen und war in Ordnung. Parken konnten wir für eine Pauschale auch direkt im Hof. Wir würden es für einen Aufenthalt am Lago di Como nochmal wählen. :)"

"Der Blick auf den See ist toll, der Shuttlebus sehr praktisch. Das Personal war stets freundlich, die Kellner aber leider sehr unaufmerksam. Oft unterhielten sie sich mehr miteinander als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Das Essen ist ok, aber für den Preis nicht angemessen. Größtes Problem für uns aber: die Dusche.an Regentagen gab es gar kein warmes Wasser (Solarthermie), an sonnigen Tagen schwankte das Wasser zwischen kochend heiß und eiskalt. Zudem war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gering, so...

"We had a fantastic stay here. Breakfast service to our room was amazing. Getting to sit outside in the morning with delicious food taking in the views were a highlight. Giuliano, the driver who shuttled us into Bellagio, was also fantastic. Would highly recommend!"

"I recommend getting a room with a lake view. The view was stunning. The hotel is close to the boat doc and bus station is within 4 min walk. Very peaceful. Staff were friendly and welcoming. "

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."
