"This was a short, one night stay on a cross-Italy journey. Wonderful hotel and hosts and breakfast is delicious. Spotless and eco-friendly and set in nature, and near city center and Mount Cammarata. The host’s father is so kind - we so appreciated his conversation over breakfast. "

"Had a lovely overnight stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed and a little coffee maker in the room. The property is very picturesque. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety - pastries, cereals, yogurt, meats cheese and some eggs that went very quickly, pancakes, almonds, coffee and juices, etc. Other reviewers have commented on hot water and water pressure while showering, so would just like to say that we had no issues with this - it’s clear that when other people are using water the pressure goes down slightly but it was soon back to normal. The owners were very helpful and kind. We would have loved to stay longer, and would definitely stay here again!"
"Wonderful staff and quite helpful considering our limited Italian. Great views from our room and restaurant. We ate breakfasts and dinners here and everything was delicious. While we didn’t take advantage of the pool and lounge area around it, it looked very clean and inviting "
"The breakfast was the best we had on our vacation. Amazing. Great host, very pleasant and accommodating. Spoke English so that was helpful. They a beautiful property with a pool. It is way up in the mountains and scenery was amazing. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and they had fire cooked pizza. What more could one ask for"
"A piece of heaven. This stop was the highlight of our Sicily trip. Nicely decorated with stunning views, and kind owners who were very incredibly helpful and very accommodating. If you are looking for a place far from typical tourist attractions, in the middle of a quiet Sicilian village- this is the place.
The hotel is at the top a hill so the drive up is a bit challenging, but the views are way worth it.
Good Sicilian freshly made breakfast, and pool side bar make it even better.
Make sure to stop at the tratteria run by the family who runs the hotel!"
"My favorite B&B of my two-week trip to Sicily!
This is a special place. If you take the very long road to get to this mountaintop B&B and spa, you will be glad you did!
The room accommodations are spacious, well-appointed with luxury linens, lighting, wonderful service from the staff, and delicious food brought to you. A beautiful village and a Michelin-starred restaurant in the village of 300 people.
A true hidden gem with a fantastic spa at your disposal upon arrangement. I highly recommend! "
"We would rate this hotel almost excellent, our room was very comfortable and serviced twice a day.
The grounds and pool are beautiful, effort towards sustainability is evident.
Service was sometimes slow and our drinks orders were incorrect a couple of times but no big deal.
We booked a couple of ‘experiences’ the wine tasting was cancelled an hour before start time. The romantic meal was a bit disappointing in our opinion, the space and views were gorgeous but the location meant the food arrived cold, and long gaps between courses.
The aperitif in the field was excellent, the views are stunning, could have done with something other than bread and nuts to eat, maybe add cheese and meats?!
Overall we loved the resort, staff were friendly and ideal for a couple wanting to spend a few days in a secluded location. "
