"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. Belpasso is very nice to visit. we had one of the best pizza in this town. very close to mount Etna which i highly recommend to visits. if go back to Belpasso for sure we are going to stay in this hotel. make sure to have pastry in this town"
