The photos online truly do not do this place justice. We had a wonderful stay here and made use of the pool. The staff went above and beyond helping us with a lost luggage situation. The restaurant had great breakfast

The property, the views, the staff, everything was incredible. It is so beautiful here and I would highly recommend if you are looking at this property you put it to the top of your list! This is one of those stays you will be glad you booked. Recommend you have a car, this is more in relation to San Ignacio itself rather than the hotel.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful. It was nice that we could order our breakfast ahead of time so that it was ready even if we had a tour to get to. It was a bit of a ways from town but we walked there for lunch once. It was also easy and cheap to coordinate a taxi to town if you prefer. The property was beautiful and we even got free coconuts. at the pool one day.

The pool was enjoyable, the AC allowed us to sleep at night, we enjoyed the on-site restaurant. We also utilized the resort pay for fee shuttle service from the airport and to the water taxi. All very punctual and professional.

What a fantastic resort made all the better by the staff. Massive thanks to Carlos and Isabelle, the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, if you do one thing here make sure itā€™s the Caracol Mayan site. Beautiful setting and absolutely amazing staff that make you feel so welcome. Upon arrival our girls immediately went to the pool. Within minutes, Joe the groundskeeper arrived with fresh coconuts with straws for them to drink. Carlos the night time security guard was so friendly and helpful. We would love to return to Cassia Hill in the future.

We enjoyed our time here! Our family of five stayed comfortably in the ā€œone room family suiteā€ which had a mini fridge and a microwave. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and the pool is very nice. This was a great spot for a home base while exploring all the ruins.

Cassia Hills has been around a long time and is a lovely property. Lounging by the pool was great, staff brought us fresh coconuts. In fact, the staff really MADE our stay. They bent over backwards to ensure that everything was great, helped us when asked and were lovely to interact with. Joe, Carlos and Sarlee (front desk) were friendly and kind. I was with my mom and aunt and our cabin was far from the front desk so Joe and Carlos drove us to and from the room...super nice. Would stay again.

We loved staying in this serene and beautiful property. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were content. The cabins are clean, the beds comfortable, the air conditioners great, and the pool a refreshing respite from the afternoon heat. We appreciated being away from the bustle of San Ignacio and the opportunities for wildlife viewing on the grounds. The staff delivers your luggage to and from your cabin and arranges taxi rides to and from town, if desired. Itā€™s a lovely and relaxing place to stay close to the Cahal Pech Ruins (about 2 kilometers).
