Fatal me cobraron los impuestos que ya había pagado por esta vía. No hubo agua caliente en la habitación. En la ducha había mucho moho. El personal nada amable. No lo recomiendo por nada Fatal tanto en instalaciones como en servicio

Muy bueno para su ubicación.

Ubicada en todo el medio del zafarrancho del centro de Cucuta, ideal para ir de compras. Muy buena atención en la recepción. La habitación, bastante básica. Aire acondicionado con control de energía cuando no hay nadie en la habitación. Una piscina bastante refrescante. Fui Divino al final del día. Cierra tarde. No hubo restaurant para la cena. El destino, también bastante básico.

No vuelvo mas nunca

Debo empezar diciendo que la reservación que me cobraron 100.000 pesos mas q la reservación. Nos dieron unas habitaciones que no tenian agua caliente, no tenian cortinas para que taparan la claridad y toda la noche fué terrible porque habia que taparse de la luz de la calle. El ruido es latente toda la noche. El riel de la puerta de la ducha sucisima, muy mal aseo. De verdad q nos sentimos estafados. El desayuno regular, el sr muy amable el que atiende. Lastima y no tomé fotos. Nada repetible, lastima que hotels no tiene otras opciones en cúcuta, mejores y de mejor precio, porq despues en otras aplicaciones vi mejores.

Central location but crazy area

Not a bad stay, but the area is absolutely chaotic and quite loud. Service was good. steet in front is so packed you can barely walk down it by day and later at night doesnt feel the safest.
