"Very clean room. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. The food was delicious. The check in was very easy. The young handsome man that checked us in made sure everything was perfect. The pool waiters Leo and Solomon were the absolute best. You must ask for Marco at Portofino. The Italian food was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back in the future. "

"Exceptional grounds, pool, swim-up bar, location on the beach, staff and service. Super clean, gorgeous views, delicious food, incredibly kind and helpful staff. Not for kids unfortunately and not walkable to stores or other restaurants."

"This is a beautiful property with several different poolside/beachside sections to camp out and relax. It's quiet and peaceful and all areas are very clean. Javier's is also great. "

"This is a great little hotel! really close to the airport! very clean, very well managed, and they have free shuttle to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! Well worth the $108"

"Very clean and comfortable. No frills and no view, but if that doesn't matter to you this place is great. El Ganzo across the street has a great rooftop pool with a view - you can get a day pass. The food at the restaurant is good and very inexpensive. "

"I had to stay at this property because of a medical emergency and could not fly for five days. Two of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was OK and comfortable. Everyone on the staff was kind, professional, and courteous."

"Every single thing about this hotel was first class all the way! The staff was amazing- exceptional service from Axel, Jajir, Roy and Jesus, to the just superb service at the restaurant Cafe Artist- which I’ll be surprised if they don’t receive a Michelin Star soon- simply amazing all the way around- the pools were clean and gorgeous and the views were captivating. Even the room service food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back! "
