Lovely property with great staff and lovely gardens. The room was basic but nicely furnished, spacious, and very clean. It was very quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep. The AC worked well. The hotel restaurant has a great menu. There is an excellent grocery store just across the street. The airport shuttle both ways made this an extremely convenient stopover hotel for my flight out of San Jose.

The staff is amazing and helpful, airport shuttle convenient and timely, communication was great using Whatsapp. The only complaint was staying in room 4: the bathroom is so small the door doesn't open all the way and you have to shut it to use the sink. Makes it hard to us bathroom comfortably. We stayed in room 16 on the incoming part of our stay, and that room was large and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and onsite restaurant really good too.

The staff was great! The hotel is very charming and in a quiet area of town. The shuttle to airport was great as we had to leave hotel at 4:30 am. We had to pay for coffee though at hotel.
