Nice condos, beach front, with pool. Private beach

Nice condos, 1 master bdr with queen bed + 1 room with 2 twin beds, spacious apt with furnished terrace. Big Frig, microwave, toaster, basic kitchen utensils, dinning round table for 4, sofa, TV, wi fi, internet, hammocks outside. Perfect for a weekend or week getaway be it couple or family. Iguana beach is a gated private community of mostly american investors retirees as well as surfers. Beach is about 2 miles long, perfect for surfers, but no dangerous currents, clear water. They have a recreation center where they have a pubic pool, Pilis´ kitchen Restaurant, (excellent food), beach volley ball, restrooms, "nap corner" with 6 hammocks in the shade and a Rancho pool Bar.

La oficina de recepcion cierra a las 5pm... como no sabiamos y llegamos luego ,tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora fuera en lo que encontraban la reservacion para dejarnos entrar. No es un hotel. Son apartamentos que alquilan los cuales no estan en optimas condiciones. Si la vista es muy bonita y si van en viaje de surf les va a encantar.

Excellent time. Very nice, modern condo. Golf much better than expected and staff very helpful.

Very good location for a surf trip. The facilities are great and the beach is beautiful and very relaxing. It is important to know that there are no restaurant around but you can pay a local lady to cook for you if you dont like or want to cook. I recommend you arrange that before your trip. Locals are very nice.
