This property is not well maintained. The bathroom ceiling and throughout the room had MOLD spores that appeared to have been covered with paint. The mold spores were penetrating in several areas and the air vents looked containment too. The light fixtures as well as the door frame was severely rusted. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had brown markings. The chairs and throw pillows were obviously soiled in multiple areas. Front desk would not change our room, since all the rooms were comparable and renovations are not scheduled for two more years. The breakfast was not accommodating. My daughter has dairy and nut allergies and they refused to scramble her eggs without dairy. The next morning she tried to get eggs again they told her to get to the back of the line, so other guests could be helped. We were there for 8 days and developed sinus issues from the mold and could not take advantage of the breakfast. Expedia reached out to the property upon check in, so we could checkout early, however the property did not respond for days and refused to refund us. This is not what I expect from Hilton Properties. I emailed Hilton directly and it has been six days with no response. I took pictures and videos as well. This property is not safe from a health perspective.
