Missed an booking.

We had booked this hotel half December to make sure that we could go and see the Dakar Rally. When we arrived there was no booking at all,they are not booking trough Hotels,com or Expedia. So we had to find an other accommodation what was lucky to find at an more expensive.

lindo hotel en san juan

El hotel es simple y ofrece una excelente relación coste/servicio. El personal es muy cordial, amable y están muy atentos a hacer agradable la estadía. En ocasión de asistir a una excursión nos dieron el desayuno antes del horario indicada a tal fin. Ofrecen la heladera de la cocina del hotel para que uno pueda dejar bebidas y alimentos. El lugar es muy limpio y tranquilo.

Lo vendieron como 3 estrellas y es de una.Pedimos 3 camas y nos dieron dos cuchetas como de ejercito y no había escalerita para subirse....Todo de segunda y deprimente El estacionamiento era en la calle en la puerta del hotel y los motoristas que pasaban nos decían que se lo llevaría la grua.. Rescatable la amabilidad del personal que hacían lo mejor posible. Sugiero que su empresa debe chequear lo que venden y recomiendan o dejan de sedr confiables

En general el hotel es relativamente bueno. La habitación muy chica, sin ventana. La puerta del baño no cerraba bien. El desayuno justo pero bien. Está muy bien ubicado. Tiene cochera incluída con el precio. La gente de recepción bien, muy simpático Raúl de la noche. Pero casi no lo vimos. Sólo pasamos una noche.
