"Je voudrais porter votre attention sur cette hôtel qui est incroyable. Le personnel fait vraiment tout pour vous rendre heureux. J’ai rarement vu un tel service. Le roof top pour les 16 ans et plus quel bonne idée. La vue est à couper le souffle. Les chambres rénové sont tellement jolie. C’est une hôtel très calme. Lorsque vous avez une chambre sur la rue et bien un coup les portes fermées vous n’entendrez plus rien ce qui est très rare. Je ne vous parlerez pas du déjeuner tellement il y a du choix et que c’est bon. Bravo à tous l’équipe et continuez comme ça. N’hésitez surtout pas à aller à cette hôtel merveilleuse."

"The room and property was very clean. I got club access which was beneficial. I got to use the lounge for drinks, relaxation and pre-dinner snacks. The breakfast buffet was complete and full of variety. The rooftop pool was lovely and I used it a few times. Walking distance to the main area of St Julian. Let’s stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the rooms were nice and clean, and the location was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a room with a terrace which was perfect. Special thanks to Zoe from Zzzing for excellent communication and so much patience throughout. The kitchen staff were also incredibly kind and understanding, and they met my daughter’s celiac needs with no cross contamination without it being a problem at all. A big thank you especially to Aloe for his care and understanding — it made all the difference for us. Highly recommend."

"Restaurants cater for most tastes, menus are comprehensive and the decor is what you expect in such a hotel. Selection of different breakfast dishes suited al palates. Only used the main pool where the staff were on the ball as soon as the pool opened. No waiting for ages to order a drink or snack. The location of the hotel is about ten minutes by bus from Victoria but the walk from the hotel to the bus stop can be tiring (for older guests) when it's hot. I used Bolt taxis to get arround. Bolt are like Uber so you need to download their APP."

"They need better entertainment at night time.. the hallways need to be cleaned.. the carpet in the hallways were filthy. They need to put down and laminate floors in the hallway, so they stay clean.. the breakfast was excellent.. The spa part was not the best. The hot tub was only half working. The steam room did not work for three days. The sauna was good… The staff was very helpful and kind."
