We’ve been staying here for years and years and it’s always great. We are always able to bring our pups (with a pet fee) which is a huge plus for us. Rooms are clean and Shelly and Nick are wonderful. I also like the location as it’s close to Main Street and the Embarcadero. We will be back!

The rooms were clean, the location was great, the overall was vintage but well maintained, only thing to consider is the parking is narrow so long vehicles have a harder time maneuvering through the driveway. Great place I look forward to staying again in the future.

Steps from the morro rock. Easy parking. Staff is just ok. The coffee maker had not been cleared of the last coffee bag. I used the microwave to make coffee then. The place has a nice feel, clean and well maintained.

Great location when visiting Morro Bay. From the street you can get a pretty good view of Morro rock, and it’s walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Our room didn’t have a view but the room was clean and it looked like the management has updated the interior. It’s a nice room but only issue was there was a crack on the bathroom window that was there before we got there. The management was already aware of it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were ok. Good size. Bed was comfortable. It was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Parking was cramped with a truck. Towels were a lil dingy and not the best but doable.

Staff when checking in was very helpful and polite. Didn’t see any staff in the two days I was there. But they were there because my room was spotless. Parking was very close and accessible to the room. WiFi was easy access and easy to connect. Only negative thing was I could hear the neighbors tv at night and muffled talking. Needs some insulation between walls maybe. I would stay again for sure. Also, was very accessible to walking to shops downtown and walking around the Embarcadero. Enjoyed the stay very much that I bragged about the room to a couple of friends.

A very short walk to the ocean and a freshly remodeled or built place where everything is just clean and well-made. We were pleasantly surprised. This wasn't different from Hilton chains. Highly recommend.
