Hotel was great, it was clean, coffee ready in the morning and breakfast was nice and hot. Room was really clean and spacious. We are definitely staying there again. Stores were super close by so that was a plus.

Most of the staff members were really helpful; one guy at the reception desk was rather rude and acted entitled. He didn’t care about the guest experience at all; even his untidy attire communicated that. He’s the main reason for my rating this property lower than I would have.

This is a relatively new facility - opened within the last year I think. Therefore I would expect everything to be in good shape. Bathroom shower was excellent - large space, water turned warm quickly, large overhead fountain style shower, slippery floor but suction mat provided. Bathroom lighting only adequate - would have liked a magnifying mirror for make-up. Breakfast was adequate but very ordinary. Laundry was excellent - large machines, new. Very Clean. needed quarters to operate and front desk sold me $10 worth.

Overall a great option in SLO. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast options were good and I really appreciated there was always coffee and tea available in the lobby. The only issue was that the walls seemed thin and we could hear those in the room next to us both nights we were there.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was also very friendly. Only issue I had was my room wasn’t cleaned by the time I had checked in. I also was given the wrong room. Other than that we had a good stay.

The breakfast was great ! Spacious clean rooms, easy check in process. The $15 charge for a general parking lot parking space was ridiculous. It’s not like it was a busy city or there were limited spaces. I travel often and I’ve never experienced a charge like that for that type of hotel parking lot. It was a big negative for me, but the only one.

Very responsive staff. Our sheets and towels were dirty as well as there was no body wash in the dispenser. The housekeeping staff responded immediately to our concerns. The lights didn’t work tho and the plug points were broken when we tried to plug the lamps ourselves. No magnifying mirror in the bathrooms.

Convenient location, though outside of town on commercial strip, so not for strolling. Quick ride into town and easy access to highway. Beautiful new building with great breakfast buffet and dining area; excellent outdoor terrace with fire pits and comfortable seating options and tables. We used at night to enjoy the mild weather, next to nice heated pool, which we also used. I was surprised by a $15 parking fee, but the free breakfast made up for it. Everything was very clean, nicely styled and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, sanitizing wipes for the TV remote, which was amazing! The kitchenette was nice to have, especially traveling with kids. Breakfast was fresh and had a little something for everyone including gluten free options. The outdoors space was small but nice, offering a fit pit, pool and a area with two grills. We would definitely stay there again.
