Im learning spanish and don't speak it very well yet. The staff and the servers in the restaurant were super helpful and treated me as if I was home. I will always stay at this hotel the night before I fly out.

The hotel is literally 2min from the airport. Really new and clean. Only downside is that there is nothing else around the hotel. You have to drive to the main city for entertainment or dining

Every thing was perfect, the hotel itself is still new. The accommodations were very clean. This should be a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was a blast, a lot of options!!! I recommend this to all my friends in the USA. Also, it’s very close to the airport!!!

They announce free breakfast, and it is not true! You have to pay for it! Cheap furniture quality and restroom 3rd very tight and low quality! The rest is acceptable. You have a terrible view of land with nothing all around the hotel, bar are done chairs around circular tall table, but nothing extraordinary. It was closed. No complementary or welcoming snacks or drinks as promised in the advertisement. The shuttle mini can, a little yunkie piece . The driver nice guy, but very Pancho Villa. They forget what Radisonn is or the owners do not fulfill expectatives. They charge 80 dollars a night, but should cost 60 taxes included. Or 65 the most! Did not try the restaurante, did not look attractive!

This hotel is absolutely clean and comfortable and people there are extremely nice and polite. The front desk gentleman even called me to my room to remind me that it was getting late and I hadn’t order my room service dinner. Very nice, safe and affordable. I definitely will return.

Staff was good. Facilities not so much main main thing NO HOT WATER!!! Let me start from the beginning, we got there on a chilly cold night could not turn on the heater, trying to shower with it being cold was not for me! We got moved to a different room, the second room was overly hot with out even turning on the heater, remotes for tv didn’t work, but the biggest problem! Was finally wanting to shower and NO HOT WATER!! Stayed 3 night and no hot water! We eventually got hot water on night that we got back to our room at 2:30am! The noisy early morning alap sucked! Very very thin walls, you could here the moving of chair in the downstairs room, And last they have a pool but not in working conditions.
