"The room was nice clean and very close to the train station. The staff personnel that we dealt with ( Oksana and Sergio) are very professional!... The only issue that i have is the access to the place from the moment you leave the square. Elevator needs someone to hold the doors together and not enough light on the stairs. The access to the room gives a bad impression to a nice place. "

"Gorgeous suites in an old building. gisella the manager was so helpful i cant thank her enough. Suite 501 has the most beautiful bathroom and i have ever seen it even has two small balconies off of it as well as a larger one off bathroom. nice breakfast spread. Easy walking to tons of reastaurants and shops. "

"The hotel is centrally located in the old town. Very easy access to restaurants and cafes. Hotel is situated right in the middle of street market district - there are hundreds of shops selling naples touristy items all around. Very busy area! Naples is generally quite dirty and looks quite intimidating when you first arrive but it is safe as long as you follow guidelines to not get pickpocketed in a crowd. "The communication from the staff was outstanding leading up to our arrival and during stay. The flat was spacious and clean. In a very secure building and always very safe. Loved the ability to go a few blocks to metro. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Duomo, historic district and other sites in walking distance. Price seemed very fair for the location and accommodations. Would definitely stay here again!!"
