"Such friendly and helpful staff. When they saw me come back with coffee, the next day there was a coffee maker, filters and coffee in our room, no extra charge. When they saw me come back with bottled water, the next day there was a five gallon jug of water with a simple hand pump in our room, no extra charge. Lo malo es que el personal del estacionamiento no es muy amable, y tienen una política muy rara donde la única mascota que aceptan son perros, a pesar de que los gatos generalmente son más limpios y tranquilos. "We stayed 9 nights at Casa Calderoni (Jan 7-15, 2026) and it was the one bright spot in an otherwise disastrous vacation. My wife became ill and had to spend 6 days at the hospital. Fortunately, the staff (Luis, Miguel, and others) at Casa Calderoni was WONDERFUL. When we had questions, they had answers, when we had problems, they had suggested solutions. We can't say enough good things about the great treatment we received there. "
