"Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet.
Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. Beispiel Bruchstück: Wir mussten dem Herrn alles mühsam sagen. Teller fehlen, Gläser fehlen, Orangenjus fehlt, nur noch 1 Gipfels vor Ort, dürfen wir noch...
"A brilliant construction and location in the stunning gorge location. Lovely room and large patio to enjoy breakfast alongside the roaring river. Parking was manageable at the roadside, and the lift ideal between floors.
The owner and waitress were charming and informative, but we were both startled and disappointed at the continuing grumbles from the receptionist, especially when asked about messages that my daughter had sent there."
"Das Hotel wird vom Vater und seiner Tochter Alba geführt. Beide sind sehr freundlich, symphatisch und sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Alba, die sich außergewöhnlich um die Gäste kümmert, ihr war kein Weg zuviel. Das Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Berge war sehr schön. Das Highlight war das gute Frühstück auf dem privaten Balkon. Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse ist ausgezeichnet und es lohnt sich nicht, woanders zu essen."
"The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Very friendly personnel, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Hotel is not too big, so everything is very personal. Rooms are not very big, but always very clean. A bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice (exactly the same selection for almost two weeks), but a great pizza at the adjoining beach bar made up for that."
