El hotel es lindo y esta prolijo, pero la pileta no estaba en condiciones, no tenia agua caliente y fuimos en invierno. Ademas el ultimo dia fuimos a las instalaciones y spa del Marinas y las duchas no tenian agua caliente, y no nos dieron una solucion para higienizarnos despues de la pileta. Dejo mucho que desear.

Cuando llegamos,la reserva no estaba hecha. Llamaron al H.J. Marinas y allí nos asignaron una habitación pq ellos si tenían lugar .

Me gusto la ubicación y q podías ir al marinas. No me gusto el cuarto, tenia olor a humedad, la vista era a una pared amarilla y la bañera estaba tapada y por más q trataron no la pudieron destapar. El precio fue caro para lo que es el hotel. Parece que tuvo tiempo mejores!

En general Todo muy bien, excelente la posibilidad de utilizar instalaciones del H J Marina ! A mejorar, el Wifi. El desayuno está muy bien, falta microondas y mejorar la calidad de algunos productos (el queso parece de plástico)

Ridiculo y te cobran en dolares

Te cobran en dolares, no se permiten el ingreso a las piletas despues de las 18 hrs con menores de 14 años( ridiculo ), las camas no son comodas, te llenan de tarjetas para canjear toallas que si las perdes te conbran 500 pesos.... hay gente mayor que les molesta los chicos en la pileta y se quejan. Malísimo no me gusto, el desayuno muy escueto.

Decepción. Mala experiencia

Comenzamos con una habitación distinta a la reservada. Solicitamos cama king size y recibimos queen. Desp de un largo rato nos cambian de habitacion. Nos dan las tarjeta de una nueva que al entrar notamos incomodamente que ya estaba ocupada con otros huéspedes. Volvemos a cambiar pero a una que claramente es de inferior calidad, que tiene un olor a humedad fuerte, no tiene frigobar (por lo que la comida de mi bebé perdió cadena de frío y tuvimos que tirarla) y tampoco tiene la bañera con hidromasaje que describía la reserva. De hecho, la bañera ni siquiera tenía un tapón, por lo que no pudo usarse como tal. Algunas de las lámparas no tienen bombitas de luz por lo que no pueden usarse. Agrego que solicité 5 veces una cuna para mi bebé, la cual nunca llegó. Una semana antes, tal como se me había sugerido lo había solicitado vía mail recibiendo la confirmación de la misma. Una vez llegados al hotel la pedí personalmente en recepción, también se me pidió que reenvíe el mail y reiteré telefónicamente dos veces en recepción pero la cuna nunca llegó.

Excelente atención. Hotel “quedado en el tiempo”

La atención del personal de recepción y el servicio de destino fue excelente. Se nota que el hotel hace bastante tiempo no recibe ningún tipo de mejoras o actualizaciones y parece haberse quedado en los momentos de su inauguración. De no ser por el personal la experiencia no hubiera sido positiva. D es de extrañar que una cadena como Howard Johnsons no le de la importancia que debiera teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de visitantes que recibe la ciudad durante todo el año.

We have problems with the payment. The hotel didn’t receive the confirmation and the receipt. Was a delayed check in and the same to the check out. You need to improve the communication between you and the hotels.

La buena atención del personal. Buen desayuno y limpieza y el uso de las instalaciones, pileta y parque de su hermana en la costanera. Lo único molesto es que las paredes son muy delgadas y poco aisladas y se escuchan todos los ruidos de la habitación vecina, incluido especialmente el motor del hidromasaje a cualquier hora.

Tuvimos problemas al momento de realizar el check in porque nos quisieron cobrar nuevamente la estadia, siendo que ya la habíamos pagado con la tarjeta de credito desde este sitio. Luego insistieron y quisieron cobrarme el IVA aparte (21%). Al cerrarme y no querer abonar de màs, se dieron cuenta que se equivocaron y nos reconocieron que el pago ya estaba hecho.
