"Clean and comfortable, had a good nights sleep with comfortable bed and cold A/C. Toilet was a big too smal as my feet would not fit and had to open my legs wide. "The property and the rooms need some work. Missing door handles, curtains that were so old that they were very thin, bed mattress was so hard and pillows so thin. They charged my husband a US citizen and resident the 19% Vat because he has a Colombian passport but thats not the regulation they would harass him every day till he paid he was there 5 days. "

"I have pictures of the room that we got. This is not a $300 a night room. Cockroaches on the floor, outside my room. I am amazed that Expedia had the nerve to list it and offered a limited number of pictures to fully evaluate the condition of the hotel.
