"This hotel has an excellent location. Loma Tranquila has the best view of the city from this beautiful mountain just minutes from Alajuela. Loma tranquila has absolutely amazing rooms very clean, quite and moder decoration. EXCELLENT customer service the owner is very friendly and helpful. "The staff were incredible! Keisha at the front desk was outstanding! Thomas was great as well! Carlos from the kitchen staff was amazing. We were is a difficult situation as my son suffered severe injuries while on vacation in Costa rica and was at CIMA hospital. The staff were truly amazing. They made a very stressful and painful time a bit easier with their concern, care and kindness. T"
