"The host was absolutely lovely and very welcoming, and the home itself is beautiful with generous gardens. That said, I found the room quite small – I had to place my suitcase on the bed to open it – and the mattress was very firm, which made for a less comfortable sleep. Because the room is on the ground floor near the front door, I was woken when new guests arrived around midnight. Michele was a wonderful, warm, and helpful host--the rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, and his dining recommendations (at i Furfanti) could not have been a more satisfying choice.
