"What we loved: Rooms were relatively clean, spacious balconies, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We had coffee and drinks at the balcony and the beach/downtown views were amazing. We absolutely loved the fact that the beach was literally at the hotel's backyard. There were chair, canopy,and jet ski rentals along the beach. Place is family-friendly, highly recommended. They had quick, functional elevators. Parking was not a problem, although there's like an $11 daily parking fee. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, and there are other external options downtown and along 358 (S Padre Island Dr). What can be improved: Carpet shampoo probably needed, spray some air sanitizer before next guest arrives, offer a safe for valuables, and place bathroom caddies if we prefer to use our own toiletries. We plan to return to the property soon since we had an awesome experience overall."

"Location is perfect!! Being there 3 nights our room didn’t get serviced by house keeping any day. We would go out all day come back afternoon and nothing had been done to it."
