Amazing staff and location! Went on a family trip with cousins and extended in laws and stayed here solo. It was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with my little Spanish speaking abilities (thank you all for your patience!) Breakfast was convenient and available daily. Also coffee was available in my room (if you know you know this is a plus in Atacama!) If you’re considering this hotel, book!

Excellent location Good size rooms Excellent food )dinner) at their restaurant Some staff at the reception were not so helpful (deadline for ordering takeout breakfast was 8 pm, we got back at 9 pm the receptionist said, you are too late for ordering breakfast. I said, OK tomorrow morning please put a couple of fruits for us to have AFTER we get from our early morning tour. She said NO! I said, but the buffet will be there, just put a couple of things in a bag for us…she refused….!!!!) No tea making facilities in the rooms No one to help with suitcases We emailed them in advance and they arranged shared airport transfers, all on time.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay for three nights over New Years. All of the stay were very helpful and bilingual. The location of the hotel we excellent, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the center of town, very convenient. All of our meals were great, the room very clean and the WiFi worked throughout. We had a great stay.

We had a very good stay. They are very accommodating and efficient. Location is good, close enough to the main st but far enough from the noises. Only thing is there’s no AC which might be typical for the region. They give you a fan which solves the issue. Overall, it’s very good .

Perfect stay in San Pedro

Great hotel for a few days R&R after a very busy few weeks traveling. Pool area is small, but not overcrowded. Breakfast was good and very good coffee. The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Sebastian on the front desk who went above a beyond to help us! Thank you Noi Casa Atacama for a lovely stay.

Amazing space in the middle of the desert

Amazing hideout in the middle of the desert ! All the staff were very very helpful and attentive, room was extremely comfortable and clean ! WiFi worked really well and breakfast and restaurant food was great ! Highly recommended and would love to come back !

A great choice to staying you want a comfortable hotel with a great pool and spa courtyard. I’m an Expedia platinum member and this hotel was listed as a VIP perk hotel. Indeed, the hotel upgraded me from a delux room to a suite. A bottle of red wine and a cheese board awaiting in my room. Great hotel.

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. Perfect for resting and drinking some tasty pisco sours. But the infrastructure is a bit dated, so it doesn’t feel very luxurious and can be a bit uncomfortable. The staff was the best though!
