"Fascinating place"

"The staff was very hospitable. The hote room was fine. The food and drink tasted a little bit off. I'm not sure why This is my second time being at a resort in the Dominican Republic and the food and drinks didn't taste that way before. There were also a lot of ants on my balcony and in my room by where the mini fridge was. Lastly the room seemed to have some whitewash over of molc or black spots from previous times. My stay was from Sep 17th-Sep 20th"

"This place is pretty on the exterior and horrible once you get inside the rooms. I going roaches, mice droppings on the bed and they put me in the wrong room. I check in to the correct room there’s piss in the toilet trash in the garbages. My experience was terrible I left within the first 45 mins of my stay. I was so uncomfortable I did not want to sleep in an unsanitary place like that. Everything was run down. At check in the lady was nice but not the least bit surprised. Didn’t even offer a...

"The water had an horrible odor to it and one of staff kept making passes at my wife . The room air conditioning kept freezing up . We had to constantly turn it off . Nobody was at the front desk at night . They didn’t have a credit card system they only took pesos. And queen size bed was two twin sized beds put together very very uncomfortable . A horrible experience. It was times they tried to accommodate but it had so many bad points it still didn’t help the experience."

"I did check out from my room at 11:30am, my brother check out was next day, I was with my brother since i had a bag in his room, and they instructed me that I need to leave hotel since I did the check out. Explained that I had a bag at my brother room, and they didn’t not let me get my bag, they offer to escort me to my brother room. That is not the way you treat any foreign customer. I will not visit hotel again"

"Excellent property, one of the best I’ve been to so far. Beautiful, great pool, attentive personnel, the house has everything you need. Would be great to include some amenities such as golf tour or something else, but great experience"
