The views were absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When asking staff for recommendations they provided excellent feedback. The food and drinks were absolutely worth every penny and was delicious.

Everything was excellent. Personnel super friendly, they were always very responsvie to any request. I also left the room and contacted me via whats app if I wanted my room to be cleaned. Food and drinks were also very good

Overall hospitality made our trip to zipolite so special. It started at check in and meeting the staff. Restaurant was very good and location is beautiful. It's a special community but this hotel is a must for anyones first experience.

Had a fantastic four nights here. Staff were super friendly and helpfull. Food and drinks were also excellent. I will definetely be back if I get the chance although it's a long way from Australia !

Fun beachfront boutique hotel with wonderful staff

We loved our stay at the naked so much that we extended by a night. The hotel is perfectly located on beachfront and within 2-3 mins walk of shops, restaurants, bars, massage places etc… Staff were super helpful in arranging transfers and kept the drinks flowing by the beach and pool loungers. Particularly loved the afternoon DJ set on weekends which makes the naked the Place to Be!

Very nice rooms but they lack cabinet space the upgrade fee was elevated the poolside table service was very good contrary to other places in zipolite and the staff was not as warm as in other places and the lady doing the night shift was not very nice

Relaxing Stay with Great Service!

Nice hotel and pool area with bar. Overall great stay. Suggestions for the hotel would be to replace the center light with a ceiling fan in each room to help air conditioning efficiency, and use lighter weight bedding (always a warm climate in Zipolte).

Elegant and classy!

The hotel is gorgeous, we felt so comfortable and at home! The pool is spectacular, the food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the beach was so fun! We loved lounging by the pool when we wanted more protection from the shade and to be waited on. We absolutely plan to be back! 🍑🍑

In my opinion there was no hot water. Hot water that is needed to run a bath was not present. That was my only complaint for the property. Other than that great place. The food was really good! Our room had an ocean view and it was amazing and you can hear that ocean roaring in the room and I slept great! I will also say that if you are coming to Zipolite to get into the ocean pick another location. The water is so rough locals don't go into the water. You will need to find another location. If you are trying to reach the famous beach it is a long trek. Better to call a cab or walk the street because it is easier in my opinion.

Clean environment. I had a Seaview suite, music from the pool wasn't too bad, not a total party environment like others describe it . I spent 5 nights, only 1 night was noisy. Not very many naked people there. Fir the most part, about 95% were clothed

Naked Zipolite has a great beachfront location, near the Adoquinado where you will find most dining options. The hotel's restaurant has good food, but service is quite slow. The room has a nice balcony and the bed, linens and pillow are super comfortable. There is music playing quite loud from 1pm to 10pm that could be noisy if you'd like to rest during the day. If you come during high season, I recommend you book a day in advance your beach bed since there are just a few available and these get booked quite fast, same as for beach towels since they do not have as many in stock. Mar and Fanny from Front Desk are marvelous and really nice, but other Front Desk agents aren't as attentive. Overall a good option when coming to Zipolite.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is right next to Nude Hotel and El Alqimista, so it was fun to visit the neighbors for a change of scenery for food & drinks. It’s walkable to the Main Street where more restaurants and shopping are located. Doggies are abundant and very kind. We stayed in Libélula on the top floor and it was gorgeous. We woke every morning to sunrise and a bath, waves crashing below. Very romantic. Hot tips: Bring your pesos! Pack sunscreeen & sun hat! Only rent a scooter @ Cocobikes!

Best Zipolite hotel but needs major service impro.

Definitely best hotel in all of Zipolite hands down.Although there were a couple of things that were totally not acceptable or have never happened to me a hotel, which we do travel a lot. When checking in I had called we were arriving early they said in order to give me the room earlier it was two thousandpesos. Which is ridiculous especially in Zipolite. We decided to wait and get some drinks by the cabanas/sofas on the deck by the beach. The person in charge of the outside table said everything was reserved. Which is crazy because everything was actually empty. They didn’t let us choose where we wanted to sit being very rude, that there was nothing available until we bought a bottle of grey goose. Really? you have to get a bottle in Zipolite for them to let you choose you table/bed I personally did not like the employed service at all from the front desk to the person in charge at the pool. The only excellent service that we got was from the waiters which we really appreciate then for making our day better. After we arrived at 1:00pm and got the bottle, I checked in at 2:00 to see if the room was ready, when they mentioned the room had always been ready but it’s our policy to not check anyone in until 3:00pm. This is ridiculous in my opinion, I’ve been to hotels all over the world and never had this happened. I completely understand if the room is not ready, but if it is ready and has been all day.A friendly reminder to hotels; keep your clients happy so they return
