"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Velux Windows with not fully fonctioning shutters, no view, no wifi nor cellular network in the rooms, TV set not properly working neither. Limited water pressure. Overpriced !!!"

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla bellezza del luogo, totalmente immerso nel verde e curato nei minimi dettagli. "Questa è una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare. La colazione era piuttosto buona. C'era un grazioso cortile antistante. Sì, hanno un piccolo parcheggio, ma ho dovuto parcheggiare in strada. Per entrare nella struttura e nella camera servivano tre chiavi separate, e ho avuto difficoltà a far funzionare la chiave della mia camera, quindi non sono uscita per cena per paura di rimanere chiusa fuori, dato che ero una donna che viaggiava da sola."

"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. The doors were open for anyone on the street to walk in. It was raining and water was coming in thru the open doors which we spent 15 minutes cleaning up. Then these unfriendly rough-looking guys showed up, day-laborers using this is a boarding house/squat. None of them were wearing masks and they were...
