Every one at the property very nice, good breakfast made to order every day, clean room the only thing is that it need an update on the bathroom cabinet and it will be nice if they cold have a small fridge. But overall it was a very nice experience definitely I will come back.

We had a great time in El Salvador. The staff at Hotel Windsor were amazing! When we arrived there was a problem with the room vs what we booked but Johanna quickly fixed the issue and made everything perfect. Her and Selene helped us so many times throughout the week and were always incredibly nice and happy to help! We do not speak Spanish so we had many questions that they were always happy to help with! Couldn’t ask for a better staff!

Selene checked us in and was super nice and helpful. There were no reservations online but I called their number and were able to accommodate my family. One of the few hotels in the area to offer a triple room. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff! Parking was easy and they have security all night and day so we felt safe and comfortable all the time. About a 15 minute walk to the closest mini plaza mall. Restaurant and convenient store about a 2 minute walk across the street. Definitely would come back!

Staff immediately greeted us and helped guide us towards checking in. Check in was quick and simple. Never had any issues with morning or afternoon staff. Breakfast is amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. The lobby has quick snacks for any craving and stores are within walking distance. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from no more than 8 minutes away. This is that hole in the wall. I enjoyed it immensely.

I booked September 2 -10 Very deceived. It shows bedroom nicely done on line. They don’t provide blanket or hands and face towels. No fridge in the room I stayed. It’s super hot outside and you come to room temperature bottles of water. They told me if I needed a fridge, will cost more. I asked for face and hand towels, there was only showers towels.. The breakfast was the most disappointing. One of the staff approached to be saying that they serve the same type of breakfast every morning with the different of how you want the eggs. The refried bean taste salty and garlicky. I am Salvadorian. And I had never had instant refried beans before in my life. I asked for pancakes. The chef brought one the one side of the cake was uncooked. Left it flipped over just they see it. Booked for 9 nights, but I left one night short. Of course I paid full bill. Our country is well known for our good coffee. It was sad to have the poorest coffee quality. In this review writing I don’t blame staff. They are trying their best to be good hosts and they were. They can only do what they can. I think that a fridge, a blanket and full sets of towels are the most essential items you need in a hotel to run a good business. We don’t need to paid higher price for rooms just to have the essential. I paid close to 700 dollars for 9 nights just to have this big dissatisfied experience. Experienced learns for sure.! I will never recommend or comeback to this place. BIGGEST disappointment Thanks

Room was in very good condition, room was very clean. Overall the hotel is very clean and staff is excellent. Only thing that the room was very simple, felt like I was in a box and unfortunately there were strong winds and something sounded like it was taking the roof out. But I am very thankful the breakfast was 10 out of 10. I would go back but need to stay in a different room.
