Review Ok, I stayed here last night and checked out this morning and had to leave a review…. It’s not often I leave a review but wow I had to. I can for sure tell you this is not a 3-4 star hotel, if this has any stars in its current state I’d be shocked and would love to meet the person who awarded those and through which lenses he awarded those stars with! Let me start with the staff… lovely and friendly. Though have no idea on running a hotel, loud in the corridors on the middle of the night with the mobiles ringing on full volume and talking outside your door… check out was at 10 and already at 7am banging on the door 3 times to ask if we’re out… Let’s now start with check in! They tie a wrist band to you like you’re at a theme park? I mean what in the world, a clipped on wrist band that’s very hard to remove. Sorry guys but I’m not at Disney world. Now the room…oh what a delight. Very loud wooden clattering noises through the night and showers dropping. Toilet seats chipped and brown, floor broken with spilled paint on it. A weird ac unit that is centrally controlled cause who wouldn’t want to control their own temperature? lol I have a video for anyone who would love to hear what it sounds like through the night Oh and don’t forget the loud metal trolleys being pushed around through the night and keys rattling whilst staff chat away loudly. I would love to award this place a 0 stars as personally if I was a hotel authority of any sort, I would be closing it down!

Nella struttura ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene. Abbiamo mangiato bene soprattutto la serata a tema sardo e hamburger, il personale è gentile e si trova in praticamente in centro a san Teodoro. Comodissimo anche il servizio navetta che ti porta direttamente all'ingresso della spiaggia convenzionata dove erano compresi 2 lettini e l'ombrellone. Il lato negativo è sicuramente la pulizia, sia delle camere, sia dell'hotel in generale. Purtroppo in una settimana non ci sono mai stati cambiati asciugamani e lenzuola, e durante i pasti alcuni bicchieri e le posate non erano lavati forse bene. Sicuramente è un punto da migliorare

La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione e le camere andrebbero completate, mancano: appendini, mobilio per appoggiare le valige e i condizionatori andrebbero igienizzati più frequentemente. Personale però molto disponibile, ottima posizione e buon servizio navetta per la spiaggia. La colazione potrebbe essere un pò più ricca.

Nonostante qualche preoccupazione iniziale legata alle recensioni, il soggiorno in questa struttura alberghiera si è rivelato positivo, soprattutto in relazione al costo. Il cibo, servito a buffet, è stato abbondante e di buona qualità, sebbene privo di piatti locali e con un vino non apprezzato. Le critiche sulle camere rumorose sono state ritenute esagerate, anche se l'insonorizzazione potrebbe migliorare. La pulizia è stata accurata e quotidiana. Molto apprezzati l'ombrellone e i lettini sulla spiaggia della Cinta, con una comoda navetta ogni 15 minuti. Il parcheggio gratuito è stato facilmente disponibile a luglio, ma potrebbe essere più difficile ad agosto. La posizione centrale dell'hotel a San Teodoro è ideale per passeggiare in paese. L'animazione non è stata molto sfruttata, ma sembrava attiva. L'unico aspetto negativo riguarda il comportamento incivile di alcuni turisti, gestito comunque bene dal personale dell'hotel. In generale, l'esperienza è stata soddisfacente e ci ha lasciato felici.

Wir waren total begeistert. Vielleicht könnte man an der Rezeption etwas hilfsbereiter sein. Personal Restaurant, Animation, Bar und Zimmerreinigung super freundlich. Es hatte immer eine grosse Auswahl am Buffet, so das für jeden immer etwas leckeres dabei war. Pool super sauber. Sehr Zentral gelegen. Am Abend verwandelt sich das eher ruhige Städtchen in einen riesen Markt mit schönen Ständchen.
