"Totally amazing stay at the Lords of Verona Aparthotel. The front office staff are amazing and so helpful. The building is a fusion of history with modern furnishings. Rooms are huge, very clean and have everything needed. The staff restocked on coffee, tea etc every day. There is a large safe in the room for belongings and a lot of storage space. The hotel is situated in a lovely, quaint square which is in walking distance of everything. There are plenty of restaurants, cafe’s and bars nearby...

We received the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in, and they were ok to follow. However, we missed the expected human touch at the arrival."

Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. "The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....
