"This is a beautiful new hotel with lovely facilities in a stunning wine estate which is let down by a lack of staff training and the lack of a dedicated concierge. For example: 1) Dinner in the Western restaurant. Our 3 main courses and a side arrived over an hour apart from first to last. 2) When we asked at the front desk for a recommendation for a wine estate to visit/tour (not an unusual question for a hotel in the wine area) we were met with blank stares and the information that the wine sommelier (?) was on his day off and there was no information they could give us. This should have been information that front desk staff were trained on providing. However, we enjoyed the rooftop pool, the rooms and the library bar - all of which were lovely. We would also recommend it is considered making some of the areas child free at certain times e.g. the library bar during the evening."

"Really enjoyed my stay - especially my beautiful balcony with an outdoor bath! Breakfast was AMAZING - a smorgasbord of delicious treats - definitely treat yourself and include it in your booking! Annie went above and beyond arranging tours of the local wineries for us - would give six stars if I could!"

"We had a decent stay overall however the hotel definitely fell short of our expectation. Only 1 restaurant was functional as opposed to the 3 advertised on their website. Had a little incident during dinner but they fully compensated us for it which was appreciated. Ordered 1 sunny side eggs for breakfast since the available options (especially vegetarian) were very limited - the eggs never came as we simply left after 45 mins. The property is clean however and the rooms are quite nicely designed. The spa was very good and they also have access to a bar and jaccuzi. Good overall but could have been much,much better."

"This was easily the best place my partner and I stayed on our trip around Georgia. It was a beautiful property that was pristinely clean, and well-maintained. Good restaurant on the property. Staff was friendly. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms and it was such a great value. Next time I’m in Telavi, I’ll be looking to stay here!"
