"The building needs some work. The shower needed some maintenance done. The wall plugs were loose and when you tried to plug or unplug anything it was risky. The A/C worked pretty well you could not adjust the settings though. The beds were not too bad. Over all it was okay. The staff had no problem giving towels or anything like that."

"Upon arrival, construction made it difficult to find the parking lot. We had to call for instructions. Check-in was fine but not personable. We asked for a restaurant recommendation, and the clerk seemed hesitant to suggest anything. The check-in area smelled old and dirty though it didn’t look old and dirty. "We stayed just for 1 night. The only things I'd complain about are that there was a distinct smell in the elevator vestibule for the ground level parking, and one of the elevators was a little janky. Like, shaking some as it would stop to let us off. Other than that, we were happy with our stay!"

"I liked that the AC worked amazingly! The breakfasts were great :-) The employees were friendly. The only downside was that there were not any blankets or pillows in the room closet for the Couch bed. The night front desk person was generous in supplying what we needed. Overall a good stay. "They do not have microwaves in every single room. They have one microwave per floor and the cleaning stuff will tell you to call the front desk to request for a microwave.
We called the front desk and they explicitly told us customers have the right to request for microwaves and they have the right to deny it. We went back-and-forth with management and they refused to give us a microwave. My wife is currently nursing and having an in room microwave would be very useful for us however management...
